Sales Position

About the Position
The CloudTrek Sales team is looking for a top notch sales executive with at least 5 years of relevant work experience working on direct sales opportunities in the Cloud/IaaS space. The ideal candidate will work with our existing and prospective channel sales partners and driving recurring revenue sales into our Private Cloud, IaaS, Bare metal, Storage and Hybrid solutions. As a Cloud Sales Executive you will be responsible for identifying and building strategic relationships with IT managers and C level executives and evangelizing the adoption of dedicated/Private Cloud Services.
Responsibilities

• Build well-targeted lead generation plans and strategies for allocating resources and driving sales activities, including channel and direct sales.
• Accurately portrays forecasts to management regarding sales progress.
• Builds, monitors and orchestrates direct and channel sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of near, mid and long term opportunities.
• Significant concentration to be placed on size, shape and quality of pipeline; analyze overall win rates and win/loss ratios; conduct post-mortems on all critical lost transactions.
• Critically assesses prospective transactions to ensure soundness and condensing sales cycle period.
• Continuously monitor and improve sales operations to ensure alignment with CloudTrek business direction, quality of business practices and optimum organization performance.

Required Skills/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science or equivalent desired
• Cloud Sales experience desired
• 3 + years of sales experience with demonstrated success in achieving progressively higher quota and other sales related goals.
• Demonstrated a level of project management skills.
• Has worked inside sales and direct sales.
• Has experience building channel sales.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Superior organization skills required

For cloud environments any guest operating system compatible with the following hypervisors are supported:

·   CentOS 6.2 with KVM
·   Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.2 with KVM
·   XenServer 6.0.2 (with Hotfix)
·   XenServer versions 6.1 and 6.2 SPI with latest hotfixes
·   VMware versions 5.0, 5.1, and 5.5

If there isn’t a solution in the virtual machine spectrum, we have the option of adding on or going with a dedicated server to setup the Operating System of your choice.
